Houseblend is currently in production on a feature length documentary on Deepak Chopra.

We are located in Los Angeles, CA after a year long stint in Barcelona, Spain.

Producer, Grace Jackson, has been integrally involved in all of Houseblend Media’s content since its inception in 2007.   She brings a wealth of international production experience to the table.  While living in Europe Grace produced a 10 part fashion series highlighting youth culture in Barcelona and Paris.  She is as adept a journalist as she is a producer and post-producer, working to bring Houseblend’s diverse set of productions to fruition.

Mark Rinehart is an Emmy-nominated executive producer.  He recently worked on “Embedded”, a half hour music journalism series that premiered on Current Television.  The in depth profiles of artists ranging from Mos Def to Ben Harper earned the show positive reviews in Rolling Stone and Billboard magazine.  He has also worked in developing and producing larger event coverage initiatives for TV including the Emmy-nominated Burning Man project, Bonnaroo, and the Hugo Award winning JAM Awards (a host-driven hip-hop special covering a Jam Master Jay tribute in NYC featuring artists like Snoop, Dead Prez, and LL Cool J).

Mark has also produced and directed several independent films that have screened at festivals including SF International Film Festival, Silverdocs, and Austin’s SXSW.  Graduate of Stanford University’s masters program in filmmaking.

Director, Josh Soskin, is a jack of all trades. He helped develop the concept of the “Viewer Created” pod while working as a Producer at Current TV (2005-2007) and then moved on to direct, produce and edit TV, web and narrative projects. His background in producing, field production, cinematography and post production lends itself to Houseblend’s diverse offerings. He recently directed the short film, “Love Stinks,”  and is currently in development on his debut feature film.
